Which attacks the lungs and almost all other organs. These bacteria can enter through the respiratory tract, digestive tract (GI) and open wounds on  the  skin.  But  many  through  inhalation  of  droplets  that come from people infected with the bacteria. The purpose of this study was to describe the level of patient knowledge about adherence to taking tuberculosis drugs. The research design  used  is  the  cross-sectional  method.  The  study population  was  tuberculosis  patients  who  were  treated  at the Pulmonary Polyclinic at the Pasir Putih Health Center. The sample in this study amounted to 30 respondents and was taken using the Accidental Sampling Technique. The data  collection  toolused  a  questionnaire.  The  data  were analyzed   univariately   using   the   frequency   distribution formula.  The  results  of  the  study  were  obtained  from  the respondents; with a good level of knowledge amounted to 15 people (50%), sufficient level of knowledge amounted to 11 people (37%), and a level of knowledge less amounted to    4    people    (13%).
