Leprosy is a chronic disease, and the cause is Mycobacterium leprae which is obligate intracellular. In Indonesia, leprosy has attacked almost all age ranges, from children 5 years old to the elderly aged 70 years. The purpose of this study was to describethe level of knowledge of leprosy patients about medication adherence at the Sanggeng Manokwari Health Center. The design used is descriptive. The population in this study were all leprosy patients who came for treatment at the Sanggeng Manokwari Health Center, on the day of the study the sample in this study amounted to 33 respondents. This research method was quantitative with sampling technique. This research was conducted on 9 -10 May 2018 at the Sanggeng Manokwari Health Center, this study used primary data which was directly obtained from a questionnaire containing 8 questions. The data was processed through editing, coding, tabulation steps. From the results of the study, it was found that most of the leprosy patients (75.75%) had experienced leprosyand had a sufficient level of knowledge. When compared with patients who have never had leprosy before. Respondents with a sufficient level of patients about leprosy (75%) are owned by respondents and the age range is 16 years, respondents are male and owned by respondents with a high school education background (SMA).
