IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN ASMA TERHADAP POLA NAPAS TIDAK EFEKTIF PADA NY. S DENGAN ASMA DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS FAKFAK KOTA

Background: Bronchial asthma is a type of long-term or chronic disease of the
respiratory tract characterized by inflammation, narrowing of the airways which
causes shortness of breath or difficulty breathing. According to the World Health
Organization (WHO), in collaboration with the Global Asthma Network (GANT),
it is predicted that currently the number of asthma sufferers in the world has
reached 334 million people.Objective: This study aims to determine the
effectiveness of classical music therapy in controlling auditory hallucinations in
patients with schizophrenia. Method: This type of research design is a case study
design using descriptive research, namely research focused on a particular case
to be observed and analyzed carefully until complete. Subject: Respondent in this
study, Mr. B with auditory hallucinations who will undergo classical music
therapy nursing intervention. Results: After carrying out classical music therapy
nursing interventions for 3 days, Mr. B was able to control his hallucinations.
Conclusion: Research on classical music therapy in patients with auditory
hallucinations has significant results, namely the frequency decreases.
Suggestion: To the head of the Fakfak City Health Center and his staff to apply
non-pharmacological therapy, namely classical music therapy, to patients with
auditory hallucinations to control the frequency of their hallucinations.
